LTMH Public Company Limited (“the Company” or “we”), as the provider of the Blockdit platform, greatly value the importance of protecting personal data and user privacy, which forms part of our social responsibility and serves as the cornerstone for creating a secure user experience on our platform. The Company, therefore, committed to and places importance on complying with law on personal data protection and other relevant regulations.

This policy has been created to inform and explain the detail how we collect, use, disclose, and manage personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other relevant regulations.

1. Data Collection

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information that you provide directly to us. Such as information you share with us when creating an account, posting through Blockdit, communicating with us via third-party platforms, contacting our user help center, or interacting with us through other means. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in your device’s memory that help us enhance Blockdit and your experience, such as identifying popular Blockdit features and counting visits. Web beacons (also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs”) are electronic images used on Blockdit to help deliver cookies, count visits, and understand usage. We also collaborate with third-party analytics providers that use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect data about your use of Blockdit, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on web pages or apps, and posts clicked. Blockdit may use this information to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver content relevant to your interests on Blockdit, and gain a better understanding of your online activities.
1.3 Information We Collect from Other Sources

We obtain information from third-party sources. For example, we may collect information about you from social networks, accounting services providers and data analytics service providers. Additionally, if you create or log into your Blockdit account through a third-party platform (such as Apple, Facebook, or Google), we may access certain information from that platform, such as your name and profile picture, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.

1.4 Information We Derive

We may derive additional information about you through calculation, processing, or inference from the data we have collected. For example, we may ascertain your content preferences by inferring from the articles you read or the pages you follow.

  • To investigate and prevent actions that violate or may violate the law, including internal investigations or audits, such as security and operations audits.

For advertising, public relations, or marketing communications. If you provide us with consent, we may use your personal data for the purpose of recommending products or services that you may be interested in or that are suitable to your preferences.

3. Disclosure of Information

We disclose personal data in the following circumstances:

  • We may disclose your personal information with other Blockdit users. If you use Blockdit to publish content, comments or send private messages, certain information about you will be visible to others, such as your name, photo, profile, other account information you provide to us, and information about your activities on Blockdit (e.g., your followers and followings, posts, reactions, comments, and messages).
  • We disclose your personal information to service providers, and consultants who require access to personal information to provide services to us, such as companies that assist us with web hosting, data storage, and other infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, fraud prevention and security, customer service, communications, and marketing services.
  • We may disclose personal information if we believe such disclosure is in accordance with legal process, such as disclosure or transmission of information pursuant to a court order or request from a government agency with legal authority. If we are required to disclose your personal information in response in a legal processes, we will notify you, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so or we believe that such action would endanger others or constitute illegal conduct. We will protect privacy and oppose information requests about Blockdit users that we believe do not follow proper legal procedures or are inappropriate.
  • We share personal information with our lawyers and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or to protect and manage our business interests.
  • We share personal information in the process of mergers,, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
  • Personal information will be shared between Blockdit and our current and future affiliates including other companies under common control and ownership.
  • We share personal information with your consent or at your direction.
  • We share aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information which cannot be used to identify you.

4. Data Management and Retention Period

The Company implements appropriate security measures for personal data to prevent, loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, modification, or unauthorized or unlawful disclosure of personal data such as restricting access to personal data. In addition, the Company requires employees, personnel, agents, and recipients of information from the Company to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data in accordance with the prescribed standards.

We will retain your personal data until such information is no longer necessary for the provision of services or for the purposes outlined in Section 2 above, or until your account is deleted, subject to the nature, characteristics, or technical limitations of each type of the data, the purpose of its collection and use, applicable laws, or retention requirements. For example, when you search for information on Blockdit, you can access or delete searches in your search history at any time, but search records will be deleted after 3 months.

5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

You possess the following rights concerning your personal data pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), unless we have lawful grounds to refuse your request.

  1. Right to Withdraw Consent - You have the right to withdraw any consent previously given. Such withdrawal shall not affect the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data for which you have previously consented.
  2. Right to Access and Obtain Copy - You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data that we have retained.
  3. Right to Data Portability – You have the right to receive your personal data in a format that is readable or commonly usable by automated tools or devices, and can be used or disclosed by automated means. You also have the right to request that we transmit or transfer your personal data to a third party or to receive the personal data that we have transmitted or transferred to a third party.
  4. Right to Object - You have the right to object to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data that we process under the basis of legitimate interest, or for direct marketing purposes, or for purposes related to scientific, historical, or statistical research.
  5. Right to Erasure - You have the right to request that we delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal data in cases where it is no longer necessary, or where we no longer have legal grounds to retain such personal data.
  6. Right to Restriction of Processing - You have the right to request that we restrict the use of your personal data is under review for accuracy, or where we are considering your objection request, Or in cases we you request us to restrict use of personal data instead of deletion or destruction.
  7. Right to Rectification - You have the right to request that we ensure your personal data is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and not misleading.
  8. Right to Lodge a Complaint - You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee or the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee if we fail to comply with personal data protection laws.

We strive to provide features within our services that enable you to edit your profile for privacy, as well as efficiently configure and manage the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data.

We make every effort to provide services that will help you manage your personal data on the Blockdit platform, edit your profile, configure the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data, and manage tour personal data settings, including post disclosure setting, opting out of advertisements, and deleting your account. Please regularly check that you do not have outdated or inaccurate information in the system and kindly update your personal data to ensure its accuracy at all times.

After verifying your identity, we will respond to your request within an appropriate timeframe and in accordance with the laws. If you wish to submit a written request, you can send it to our address provided at the end of this policy. However, if permitted by applicable law, we may be unable to fulfill your request in the following cases:

  • The disclosure of the information is likely to endanger the life, body, property, rights, or other interests of you, or others.
  • The disclosure of the information is likely to interfere with our normal business operations.
  • The disclosure of the information violate laws and regulations.
  • You are unable to verify your identity in connection with your request for disclosure.
  • We are authorized under relevant laws to refuse your request.

In the event that you no longer wish to utilize our services, or if you revoke your consent for Blockdit processing of personal data by which is necessary for us to provide our service, you may opt to delete your entire account.

However, withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawful processing of personal data that you have previously given consent to us. In the event that you have any requests or complaints related to the processing of your personal data, you may contact us at any time via email at app@blockdit.com

In certain instances, you may incur expenses in exercising your rights in accordance with our procedures and policies, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

6. Blockdit Policy

6.1 Prohibited Content in Blockdit

Blockdit serves as a platform for content creation by experts across various fields. However, the following types of content are prohibited from display on Blockdit.

1. Content Referencing Blockdit

  • Content shall not imply endorsement or partnership with Blockdit in any form.
  • Content should not reference Blockdit in a manner that is excessively prominent or conspicuous.
  • Use of any destination webpage that employs copyrights, trademarks, or other marks similar to those of Blockdit that may cause confusion is prohibited.

2. Adult Content

  • Pornographic material or adult content that is excessively sexually suggestive or explicit is prohibited, including content that is harmful or defamatory in nature.

3. Harmful and Defamatory Content

  • Content that threatens or promotes self-harm or harm to others, whether physical or psychological, including the promotion of dangerous medical practices, is prohibited.
  • Harassment or bullying of individuals or groups is prohibited.
  • Content that promotes discrimination or denigration of individuals based on race or nationality, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic condition is prohibited.
  • Content that incites unrest, creates division, or promotes political conflicts through the dissemination of false information is prohibited.
  • Content that promotes terrorist groups or seeks to recruit members for such groups is prohibited.
  • Content that promotes the sale of weapons, ammunition, or explosives, including instructions for weapon assembly or use for harmful purposes, is prohibited.

4. Drug-Related Content

  • Posts selling or promoting the use of illegal drugs or substances for recreational purposes are prohibited.

5. Alcohol-Related Content

  • Posts selling or promoting alcoholic beverages, including images or content that encourages excessive drinking or drinking competitions, are prohibited.

6. Tobacco-Related Content

  • Posts selling or promoting tobacco and tobacco-related products, including but not limited to cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, tobacco pipes, and rolling papers, are prohibited.

7. Animal-Related Content

  • Posts selling or promoting the sale of any animals are prohibited.

8. Lottery-Related Content

  • Posts selling or promoting non-government-issued lottery tickets are prohibited.

9. Gambling and Gaming Content

  • Posts promoting online gambling whether involving real money, in-game currency, or other valuable items, are prohibited.

10. Pharmaceutical, Dietary Supplement, and Beauty Products Content

  • Posts regarding prescription medications, dietary supplements, weight loss products, beauty products, and skincare products containing harmful ingredients or lacking approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are prohibited.

11. Multi-level Marketing Content

  • Posts promoting businesses that offer rapid returns on minimal investments, including income opportunities from multi-level marketing schemes and recruitment for such ventures, are prohibited.

12. Content Related to Sacred Objects, Talismans, and Occult Practices

  • Posts promoting belief in sacred objects, talismans, amulets, and occult practices, including the sale of such items, are prohibited.

13. Hacking and System Cracking Content

  • Posts supporting any form of hacking or cracking to gain unauthorized access to software, servers, or websites are prohibited.

14. Content and Webpage Offering Compensation

  • Posts offering compensation or valuable items as incentives for users to click on posts, visit websites, read emails, or perform other actions in exchange for rewards are prohibited.

15. Misleading Content

  • Posting content and images that are misleading, provide false information, make claims without sufficient and credible evidence, or are intended to deceive, distort, or conceal information related to products and services.

16. Violent Content

  • Posting content, images, or language that depicts violence, is offensive, vulgar, or creates shock.

17. Content related to Financial and Insurance Products and Services

Posting content related to financial and insurance products and services as follows:

  • Soliciting applications for credit cards or financial services from unauthorized institutions.
  • Failing to adequately disclose information about fees, terms, and conditions on the destination webpage.
  • Requesting personal financial information, including credit card details.

18. Content Supporting Fraud

  • Posts supporting fraudulent activities, forgery of documents, or offering services to produce academic papers, official documents, or examination-taking services.

19. Copyright Infringing Content

  • Posting content and images that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or personal rights or property ownership through reproduction, modification, and public dissemination.

20. Illegal Products or Services Content

  • Posting counterfeit goods, illegal activities, including products and services that pose risks to life, property, and violate consumer rights.

If you encounter content that does not comply with Blockdit Policy, please report such posts by clicking the report button located at the top right of the post.

Blockdit community prioritize user’s safety and privacy.

  • Blockdit does not have a friend system; all users are independent.
  • Only account owners can see their followers.
  • Only post owners can see reactions to their posts.
  • People and Page Owner can ban other users or pages from interacting with their posts.
  • On the explore page, user can hide posts from unwanted users or pages.
  • Users can add or remove credit cards from their Blockdit account.

6.2 Users agree and acknowledge that the Blockdit platform provided by the Company is solely a service space for information gathering, knowledge sharing, and a space for users to express opinions or exchange information among themselves. All information appearing on this platform is written or created by third parties or users, which are unrelated to and beyond the control of the Company. The Company bears no responsibility for such content or messages, and users shall not hold the Company responsible for any damages.

The Company’s disclaimer of liability also extends to any errors in information provision and/or articles, data transmission, or any actions by the Company’s business partners or other users.

User Generated content, including but not limited to data, images, audio, logos, or other content that users upload by users to the application, including without limitation patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, know-how, business information, goodwill, designs, inventions, logos, symbols, marks, emblems, colors schemes, software, code, technology, programs, or geographical indications, or any other property appearing on the application, such as written comments or uploaded photographs. Users certify that they are the copyright owners or have been duly licensed to use the rights in the data, images, audio, logos, or content they upload or disseminates through the application. In case of any legal disputes arising from the infringement of third-party intellectual property rights resulting from the use or dissemination of such data, images, audio, logos, or content, users agrees to be solely liable to such third parties.

6.3 Users acknowledge that Blockdit shall use the sole discretion to screen, reject, remove, or relocate any content available on Blockdit without any liability to the users. Blockdit reserve the right to remove posts that: (1) contain content violating the terms of service, policies, or any other Blockdit regulations, (2) when we receive complaints from other users, (3) when we receive notified or accused of intellectual property infringement, or receive legal orders or requests for removal, or (4) if the post’s content is inappropriate or offensive. Additionally, we may block communication (including but not limited to status updates, posts, messages, and/or conversations) to or from the service as part of our efforts to protect the service or our users, or to enforce the provisions of these terms and conditions. Users agree that they must evaluate and accept all risks associated with the use of content, including but not limited to reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

6.4 Temporary Suspension and Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate services to users for the purpose of improving, developing the service or platform, or for any other reason the Company deemed appropriate, for a duration specified by the Company, or to change the date and/or time and/or service details and/or service at any time.

The Company has the right to suspend or terminate services in the following cases:

  • The user breaches any warranties or conditions under these terms and conditions.
  • Information provided by the user to the Company or on the platform is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate.
  • The user uses impolite, offensive, potentially illegal language, or any content that violates the purpose of this service.
  • The Company suspects or believes there is conduct indicating that the service may be used illegally, in violation of any rules or regulations applicable to such transaction fraudulently, or improperly at any manner, regardless of who commits such act.
  • The user dies, disappear, is declared incapacitated or quasi- incapacitated, is declared bankrupt, or is subject to temporary or absolute receivership, or becomes insolvent.
  • The Company is required to comply with the law, regulations, court orders, investigating officers, government officials, official agencies, or any authorized entity.
  • Any other necessity which the Company deemed appropriate.

The suspension or termination of services does not terminate all rights and obligations under the usage or services transactions already in effect, which shall continue to fully bind the user and the Company until such matters have been completely executed.

If you believe that another Blockdit user has violating these terms of service, or has posted content that you believe violates applicable laws, users wishing to file a complaint must:

  • Submit a written complaint, signed or electronically signed by the complainant, to app@blockdit.com
  • The user must certify that the information in the complaint is true.

The complaint must include at least the following information:

  • Contact information of the complainant, such as name, phone number, email, or any method or channel to contact the complainant.
  • Sufficient explanation and reasons to demonstrate how the alleged service or content violates the relevant law.
  • URL or a screenshot of the service or content alleged to be illegal, with reasonably sufficient details to allow the Company to take appropriate action regarding the service or content in question.

After the Company receives the complaint, and upon verification finds that the reported service or content has merit and potentially violates these terms of use or the relevant law, the Company will proceed in accordance with sections 6.3 and 6.4. The Company will process and respond within 7 business days.

7. User Identity Verification

To use Blockdit service, users must authenticate themselves using one of the following methods:

  • Enter user’s mobile phone number and one-time password (OTP) sent to that mobile phone number.
  • Sign in through external identity verification providers such as Facebook, Google, or Apple.

We access, retain, and may share your information to law enforcements:

  • To response to a legal request (e.g. search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good-faith belief that the law requires us to do so.
  • When we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to: investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized use, violations of our terms or Policies, or other harmful or illegal behavior, to protect our rights, property and product, you, or others, including as part of legal investigations.

Information we receive about you may be accessed and retained for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations of possible violation of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. Furthermore, we retain information from accounts disabled for term violations for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations.

Any content created on Blockdit may contain links to external websites that may have privacy policies differing from our own. You are advise to review the privacy policies of such websites to understand their personal data protection practices before deciding to disclose any personal information. We shall not be held responsible for the content, policies, damages, or actions arising from those external websites.

10. Amendments to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the rights to update, modify, or revise this Privacy Policy in the future as deemed appropriate and in accordance with changes in our operations or to comply with evolving legal requirements.
