คุณเคยสังเกตไหมว่า คุณสมบัติของ “ความรัก” ที่สร้างความสุข ความอิ่มเอิบภายในใจเราได้อย่างแท้จริง จะปรากฏขึ้นต่อเมื่อมันเป็น ความรักที่เป็นไปเพื่อคนอื่น หรือสิ่งอื่น เพราะหากเป็นความรักที่เป็นไปเพื่อความสุขหรือประโยชน์ของตนแต่ฝ่ายเดียว นั่นอาจจะเป็นเพียง “ความหลง ความอยาก ความยึด” ที่แอบแฝงและใช้ชื่อปลอมในนามของความรักเท่านั้น
ดังนั้น เมื่อบุคคลเข้าถึงสภาวะที่ไม่ยึดมั่นในตัวตน จิตใจของเขาย่อมเข้าสู่โหมด “ความรักที่แท้”
เพราะจากนี้ ความคิด คำ พูด การกระทำ ของเขาจะไม่ได้เป็นไปเพื่อตนเองเพียงฝ่ายเดียว หากแต่เป็นไปเพื่อประโยชน์และความสุขของคนอื่นและสิ่งอื่น เพราะเขารู้แล้วว่าแท้จริงแล้ว ตัวเขาก็คือคนอื่น คนอื่นก็คือตัวเขา
และด้วยหัวใจเช่นนี้เท่านั้น “ความรัก” จึงจะสามารถดำรงอยู่และเติบโตงอกงามได้อย่างแท้จริง

Have you ever come across a love that builds genuine happiness and fulfillment? It happens when it’s the kind of love that benefits other people or things other than our own. If love gives only us happiness, and it is solely for our own benefit, then it could simply be a form of “infatuation, desire, and attachment” masquerading as love.
When an individual understands the concept of detachment, the mind gravitates toward “genuine love.” From then on their thoughts, words, and actions no longer serve only themselves, but others as well because they realize the truth that everyone is inseparable.
Only with this kind of heart can “love” genuinely exist, grow, and thrive.
