What is Habit ?
This words might appear to you everyday, what’s really habits means to you ?
According to the Cambridge dictionary meaning
“something that you do often and regularly, sometimes without knowing that you are doing it:”
In all human , we all have good and bad habits and it’s start from your home , since we born The root of habits is coming from these 5 places so called 5 rooms of life
1. Bed room
2. Rest room
3. Kitchen room
4. Dressing room
5. Working room
And how are these rooms effect your habits , for example , bed room when you wake up , you didn’t clean and tidy up your bed room , and that’s root of laziness that slowly building up since you were young
And how do you solve it ? , and here the 5 universal goodness practice are introduce
1. Cleanliness
2. Orderliness
3. Politeness
4. Punctuality
5. Mindfulness
