1. Stop criticizing yourself. Stop thinking that something is wrong with me. Stop thinking that I am not good enough.
2. Stop scaring ourselves by visualizing the worst scenario to happen.
3. Be kind, gentle and patient to ourselves.
4. Learn to be kind to all mind by saying "I love you, all is well." Stop blaming, feeling guilt and punish ourselves. Take a daily meditation to connect with our inner wisdom and expect positive things to happen.
5. Praise ourselves. Even though you make mistakes, encourage yourself to accept goodness as we deserve to be good.
6. Loving ourselves means supporting ourselves by letting friends and others support us as appropriate.
7. Love our negativities and ask ourselves that 'What did I learn from this experience?' 'What positivities I can get?'
8. Take care of our body with nutritious food, exercise, no alcohol or drugs.
9. Mirror work by looking to yourself in the eyes and saying 'I love you. What can I do for you today?' are you facing with negative events, just say 'Thank you. I love you anyway.'
10. Loving ourselves now. Don't wait until we can do it right.
