Forward looking 💡 (reskill vs upskill)
In 2020, many jobs require new skills. We have heard about "reskill" and "up skill" but what does it mean and how would it will affect our working environment? 🤔
Reskill - to learn new things (things that you were not aware or have no knowledge before)
Upskill - Updates your knowledge.
With reskilling, you can apply for a new job and upskill lets you focus on improving current tasks.
You can always learn new things through online coursing, YouTube and Blockdit. If you know you are weak in Power Query, join excel group in Facebook or follow excel tips from YouTube.
There is always room for opportunities and personal growth.
Our new normal would require us to be working remotely so we should consider upskilling and reskilling our knowledge.
