ตอนอายุ 10 ขวบเธอมีชื่อเสียงระดับประเทศในสวีเดนจากการชนะการแสดงพรสวรรค์ Sweden’s Got Talent 2008 (Talang) ซึ่งเป็นรายการ Got Talent ของ British TV เวอร์ชั่นสวีเดน
สี่ปีต่อมาในปี 2012 ลาร์สสันเซ็นสัญญากับค่ายเพลง TEN Music Group และต่อมาได้เปิดตัวการบันทึกการเรียบเรียงเพลงแนะนำในเดือนมกราคม 2013
