GPF places importance on the efficiency of a secure information technology infrastructure in providing member services and internal management. With this in mind, GPF has arranged seminar for staff on topics including cyber security awareness hosted by Pol Lt Col Darun Chadcharoen, Special Inquiry Case Officer from DSI. Currently, there are many cybercrime cases, such as fraudulent commercial transactions, hacking into electronic banking system and ransomwares. A campaign to raise awareness in using computers and communication device in organizations must be addressed in ways that encourage users to have conscious when using these devices. There also must be appropriate plans when users are faced with threat and that they must be careful in spreading false information and copyright issues.
Therefore, using information with moral and ethic is important for organizations to use as a guideline for a more efficient and secure computer information system.
กบข. ให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่มีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัยในการให้บริการสมาชิกและการบริหารงานภายในองค์กร จึงมีการจัดบรรยายให้กับบุคลากรเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ (Cyber Security Awareness) โดย พ.ต.ท. ดรัณ จาดเจริญ เจ้าหน้าที่คดีพิเศษ กรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ (DSI) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์
ปัจจุบันมีการกระทำผิดทางไซเบอร์เกิดขึ้นเป็นจำนวนมาก เช่น การฉ้อโกงเพื่อทำธุรกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์ การลักลอบเข้าใช้งานระบบธนาคารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และการเก็บเรียกค่าไถ่ข้อมูล (Ransomwares) เป็นต้น การรณรงค์สร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมตระหนักรู้การในใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องมือสื่อสารในองค์กรนั้น ต้องมีแนวทางกระตุ้นให้บุคลากรมีการใช้งานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอย่างมีสติ มีแผนการรับมือที่เหมาะสมเมื่อถูกภัยคุกคาม และระมัดระวังในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลที่เป็นเท็จและเมิดลิขสิทธิ์
ดังนั้นการใช้ข้อมูลอย่างมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมเป็นเรื่องสำคัญที่องค์กรสามารถนำมาใช้เป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติเพื่อการใช้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์สารสนเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัยมากขึ้น
