My dinner 👉 Stir-Fried Chinese #Kale 🥬 with Canned Fish 🐟
Ingredients (2-3 servings)
1. Chinese Kale 300 g.
2. Mackerel in tomato sauce 310 g.
3. Garlic slices 5 cloves
4. Chili 9
5. Fish sauce
6. Sugar
How to cook:
1. Peel garlics, slice them. And smash chilies
2. Wash Chinese Kale in clean water. And then cut them to easy to eat size. After that boil them in hot boiling water until cooked, then scoop up, set aside.
3.Heat the pan until the oil is hot.
4. Add Kale, garlics and chilies, quickly stir it avoid burning.
5. Pour canned fish into the pan and stir.
6. Season with fish sauce and sugar according to the taste that we like.
7. Turn off the stove, put it on a plate. Serve together with hot steamed rice.
