#คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ป.ตรี - ป.โท สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า และสิ่งแวดล้อม และวิศวกรโยธาและโครงสร้าง
- มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ (TOEIC 550)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบหรืองานก่อสร้างจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม
- มีทัศนคติและมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี

- เขียนแบบงานระบบภายในอาคารได้แก่ งานระบบไฟฟ้า สุขาภิบาล และปรับอากาศ (เครื่องกล) โดยใช้โปรแกรม Revit
#คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ปวช. (ช่างอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Revit ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานเขียนแบบ
- มีทัศนคติและมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
⭐️ 3️⃣ #พนักงานประมาณราคา

- การถอดแบบและประมาณราคางานระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล และสุขาภิบาล
#คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ปวส. (ช่างอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Autocad และ Excel ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการถอดแบบและประมาณราคางานระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องกลและสุขาภิบาล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Revit ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทัศนคติและมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี

⭐️ 4️⃣ Sanitary and Fire Protection / Electrical / Mechanical Engineers
#Responsibilities include:
- To work on the design of Environmental and Fire protection / Electrical / Mechanical Systems for hotel, residential, industrial, and commercial projects
- Responsible for calculations and detailed design
- Preparation of specifications, equipment schedules, design proposals, and other documentation related to design works in English/Thai languages
- Coordinate with: project managers, architects, clients, other engineers and CAD staff (Senior)
- Managing multiple projects against time and resource requirements (Senior)
#Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 2 years of experiencein design work
- Registered Thai Professional license
- Positive attitude, pro-active, ability to learn, strong leadership and a good team player
- Good technical computer skills such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Cooling Load Calculation Program, Elevate, BIM, Revit.
- Experience with local and international codes/standards such as ASHRAE, ARI, NFPA, ASPE, CIBSE, NEC, IEC, BS, EIT standards
- Good written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
- Willing to occasionally travel to nearby countries
⭐️ 5️⃣ Civil & Structural Engineers
#Responsibilities include:
- To work on Civil and Structural design for various building projects such as retail, hotel, residential, industrial, commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Responsible for structural analysis, detailed calculation and design.
- Preparation of specification, structural calculation, detailed drawings, and other documentation related to design works in both English and Thai
- Coordination between architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, other consultants, BIM and CAD operators
#Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Years of experience: > 5 years experience in Civil & Structural Engineering design
- Registered Thai Professional Engineering License
- Positive attitude, pro-active, ability to learn, strong leadership and a good team player
- Good technical computer skills such as structural analysis software, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
- Experience with local and international codes/standards such as ACI, ASCE, AISC, BS, IBC and DPT standards
- Good written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
