I don't think there will be an economic crisis eruption as it happened in the year 1997.
Back in between the year 1997-1998 the cirsis began in Thailand and then quickly spread to neighbouring economies. but the question is how it happened and why!
The answer might be, it's because "Thailand unpegged the Thai baht from the U.S. dollar, setting off a series of currency devaluations and massive flights of capital" even nowadays many still debate about the root cause of financial crisis 1997
In my opinion i saw the crisis as a function systemic factors and the Thai goverment either IMF or The World Bank learned so much about the crisis.
