At any point mess up while en route to the store or a companion's home? This Adlie penguin accomplished something to that effect, with the exception of it wound up in excess of 1,800 miles from home.
Pingu, as local people have named the penguin, was first spotted strolling near the ocean in New Zealand by Harry Singh, who later posted recordings of the highly contrasting bird to Facebook Wednesday. Adlie penguins are just found in Antarctica.
"The penguin is a youthful bird, which was exhausted and laying near the ocean, hesitant to get back to the ocean. The penguin is currently in care at Christchurch Penguin Rehabilitation, which is overseen by Thomas and Kristina Stracke, related to the South Island Wildlife Hospital," composed the Kaikoura Wildlife Hospital in a Facebook post on Thursday.
