มาดูว่าเราจะเรียกใช้บริการอย่างไร หลังจากที่เราได้สมัครเข้าใช้งานระบบแล้วนั้น เราจะเข้ามาดู มาหารับบริการด้วยการ login เข้าสู่ระบบ ระบบจะพาเรามาที่หน้าแดช ที่นี่เราสามารถตรวจสอบ ข้อมูลของเรา ได้ ถ้าเราเป็นผู้ให้บริการด้วยก็สามารถ ตรวจสอบข้อมูลพาหนะของเราได้ที่หน้านี้เช่นกัน
MOVEforward
ครั้นต้องการรับบริการ เรากดที่ปุ่ม สร้างงาน ที่เรียกว่า New Request Job. ถัดลงมา เราจะพบว่า มีตัวเลขบอกว่า เรามีการร้องขอ job request, การเสนอให้บริการ job offer, งานที่อยู่ระหว่างนัด job accept, และงานบริการที่เสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว job complete
ในการกดปุ่ม สร้างงาน ใต้ตัวเลขเหล่านั้นจะเปลี่ยนการจั่วหัวเป็น new request และชื่องาน ให้คลิ๊กที่แถบน้ำเงินในแถบฟ้า เพื่อขยายออกมาระบุเนื้องาน เริ่มด้วยการระบุต้น ทาง ปลายทาง เป็นภาษาไทยหรืออังกฤษ เมื่อได้ที่ตั้งครบถ้วน แผนที่จะเชื่อมต่อจุดเริ่ม(A)ไปยังปลายทาง(B) ให้ นั่นหมายความว่า ระบบได้บันทึกเส้นทางไว้แล้ว จากนั้นให้ระบุรายละเอียดการขอรับบริการ แล้วกด ปุ่ม Get Offers ระบบจะเก็บข้อมูลนี้ไว้และแจ้งให้ผู้ให้บริการในย่าน A และ B รับทราบ และได้เข้ามาเสนอการให้บริการกัน อาจจะต้องใช้เวลาสักพักก่อนที่พวกเราทีมเอเข้ามาเสนอให้บริการกันเยอะๆ

Q: Is it difficult to use?
A: We use short, simple words, simple steps.
Let's see how we can get offered the service. After we have signed up to MOVEfoward. we will come to see / come to get the service by logging in. The system will take us to the Dash page. Sometimes, due to map limitations, we can't get directions, eg from land, to islands.
