On April of 14th, Elon Musk offered to buy the entire Twitter company with $43 billion USD or 1.5 trillion baht. Which cost around $54.20 USD per share (1,800 baht per share).
Compared to the current market cap of Twitter and priced Elon Musk offered, the price offered was around $6 billion USD (0.2 trillion baht) higher than current Twitter market cap. Elon Musk confirmed that this would be the final offer and no better would be made.
While the difference of $6 billion USD seems a lot, Vital Knowledge's Adam Crisafulli, said that the price offered was too low because the price per share of Twitter had reached $70 USD (2,350 baht) less than a year ago. Thus, he thinks that the board of Twitter will likely to reject the deal.
