จากรูปคนไข้มักนึกว่าเป็นหลุมสิวรูสิวแถมบีบออกมาก็มีคล้ายหัวสิว แต่ทำยังไงก็ไม่หายซะที
•จริงๆแล้วคือ Dilated Pore of Winer ครับ เป็นความผิดปกติของขน
•การรักษาส่วนมากต้องใช้การตัดออก เช่น การใช้ Punch Excision ถึงหายครับ
ลักษณะจะมีการขยายของรูเปิดของเส้นขน follicular ostium และมีการอุดตันด้วยเส้นใยเคราติน

dilated follicular ostium lamellated keratin lined by infundibular epithelium with small finger-like projections into the adjacent dermis
Scientifically called the Dilated Pore of Winer, it is a solitary comedo-like keratin-filled structure found in the head and upper trunk of individuals. It is a benign condition. Punch excision is an effective means to permanently remove the lesion.
