I started to like sleeping and listening to my own breath. This breath has been a lifelong friend from my birth until now and to the day of my death. He never left me, even though problems made me almost forget him.
Yes, sometimes I even want to end this breath, but they are never angry and ready to run away from me. He will be by my side until the end of this life. They are like me, we are like one thing. Therefore, no matter how busy life may be, do not forget to breathe. Just being quiet with them, we always get a break, which is a real break.
