Kad Suan Kaew is salvaging Chiang Mai's economy after the pandemic in 2022
After the people of Chiang Mai encountered a heavy battle like the COVID-19 situation, the economy was greatly sluggish, many shops and businesses of some entrepreneurs who had closed their businesses, many people lost their jobs, also get scared to spend money and many risk factors for not wanting to leave home.

But after Central Kad Suan Kaew announced the price reduction of up to 90% due to the department store's intention to temporarily close has created the situation of people have returned to a normal life.
The atmosphere in the mall is filled with people coming out to consume goods. Huay Kaew Road, the road between Nimmanhaemin and Sirimangkalajarn Road, is full of cars and people walking around during the day and night which brought Chiang Mai's economy back to life.
However, the problem of rising gasoline prices does not seem to be a problem for people who live here. Or maybe it is a small problem that cannot resist the current price reduction of the products of the Central Kad Suan Kaew.
