🥛🫘 We’ve talked earlier that Indian vegetarian practice is different from Thai vegetarian practice, and J-Chinese Vegetarian practice. That’s because they can also have milk or milk products e.g. Paneer (Cottage cheese) which is a rich source of protein. Some popular paneer dishes are Paneer Burji, Paneer butter masala, Paneer Pakora, Paneer pizza, etc.
📌😁 Let me put it in another way for these 3 vegetarian dietary practices.

☝️😀 Plus, some Indian vegetarian restaurants also indicate that “Jain food” is for sale for those who follow Jainism and abstain from garlic and onion.
For Indians visiting Thailand who are pure vegetarian, I’d recommended you to visit J-Chinese vegetarian restaurant which mostly put a yellow flag out with the word J (in Thai) written on it in red. So you can make sure that there’s no other unexpected ingredients regarding your dietary practice.
