ศูนย์ดูแลผู้ป่วยเรื้อรัง โดยหมอยาพื้นบ้านจังหวัดสุรินทร์ให้บริการรักษาโรคด้วยสมุนไพรฟรี แก่ชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ แก่โรคต่างๆ ได้แก่ เบาหวาน ความดันโลหิตสูง โรคเกาต์ หลอดเลือดในสมองตีบ หรือแตก โรคพาร์กินสันในระยะเริ่มต้น ต้อกระจก
ต้องการ จิตอาสาทำงาน ต้มยาสมุนไพรด้วยหม้อดิน เตาถ่าน เตาฟืน ทำความสะอาดสถานที่ผู้ป่วย ทำชุดแช่เท้า. ช่วยเหลือ เตรียมผู้ป่วย เช่น ตรวจระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด การวัดความดันโลหิต การดูแลผู้ป่วยรับเข้า (admit) ฯลฯ ในศูนย์ดูแลผู้ป่วยเรื้อรัง อำเภอสวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรี ประเทศไทย
