Ep015: So long Mount Kirin
After long hours of treating Tranquil-Rain’s injury, Iron-Kirin went to rest at his place. When he was half-awake half-asleep, he heard a voice, a vital voice, adviced him not to get interfere with “the Great Judgement.” Iron-Kirin did not really understand what the Great Judgement was about, but he would not dare asking for an answer. He only knew that he had to listen and to obey that voice without any doubts.
Iron-Kirin woke up before sunrise, and left without telling anyone. Whenever Iron-Kirin was absent from Mount Kirin, Tranquil-Rain as his first pupil, would take over looking after all matters here.
Time went by for a year, but there was still no sign of Iron-Kirin’s return. Although Tranquil-Rain was a fair leader, Kirin folks would still keep waiting for their former master.
Since Violet was the only child of Iron-Kirin, a man who married her would inevitably become the new leader in place of Iron-Kirin.
Most Kirin folks knew about Twitchy-Typhoon and Violet relationship. However, Twitchy-Typhoon had not stopped flirting with other women, and many of them could not resist falling for his charm.
One day Violet made a visit to Tranquil-Rain and told him about what was on her mind. She wished Tranquil-Rain to leave the mountain; that way Twitchy-Typhoon would be able to step in as the new chief. She certainly knew that Twitchy-Typhoon would not propose to her because he worried that it would take the leadership away from his fellow.
That night, Tranquil-Rain left Mount Kirin without telling a soul.
