🏋🏽🏃🏻‍♂️ Findings: After 12 weeks of 3 times/weeks training,
✅ Control Group: no significant changes in all parameters.
✅ Both CAT & WT/HIIE Groups: increasing muscular strength (leg), muscular power, speed, testosterone, testosterone/cortisol ratio, mental state & mental health.
✅ Only WT/HIIE Group: Decreasing cortisol level, stress level.
✅ Only WT/HIIE Group: Increasing muscular strength (chest), muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, IGF-1 & mental quality.
