🔬Alopecia is a common chief complaint and is challenging to treat. As such, regenerative treatments to promote hair growth are an emerging area of research. Exosomes, which are extracellular vesicles involved in cell communication, homeostasis, differentiation, and organogenesis, have been shown to play a central role in hair morphogenesis and regeneration with potential for use as alopecia treatment.
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles (EVs) secreted by a variety of cells and carry cargos including protein, lipid, and noncoding RNA (ncRNA) [e.g., long noncoding RNA (lncRNA), microRNA (miRNA), and messenger RNA (mRNA)].
One of the most recent exciting findings is that microRNAs (miRNAs) exist in exosomes and these exosomal miRNAs can be functionally delivered to target cells. miRNAs are small non-coding regulatory RNAs that bind to complementary sequences in the 3′-untranslated region (3′UTR) of target mRNAs, leading to either translational repression or target degradation of the specific mRNA. miRNAs play a pivotal regulatory role in
diverse biological processes including but not limited to, development and cell signaling, proliferation and differentiation. While miRNA expression patterns are incompletely defined in most cell types under normal conditions, aberrant expression of certain miRNAs has been described in diverse human diseases, suggesting that miRNAs can be used as biomarkers for disease development and as a potential target of therapy

ASCE+™ HRLV is the second product of ExoCoBio's professional aesthetic brand "ASCE+™" whose first product "ASCE+™ SRLV" for skin care is now widely recognized in a global market. ASCE+™ HRLV is targeted for scalp rejuvenation and hair loss by introducing four effects: (1) scalp rejuvenation, (2) hair loss care, (3) improvement of hair anti-aging and (4) trouble prevention. They are designed to take care of both of scalp and hair regardless of age and gender.
