นายเรวัต อารีรอบ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต บอกว่า ได้รับมอบหมายจากจังหวัดภูเก็ตโดยนายอำนวย พินสุวรรณ รักษาการผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดภูเก็ต ให้องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นกลไกในการขับเคลื่อน เพื่อจัด benelli
ในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2566 นายประสพ เรียงเงิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักศิลปะวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม จะมาฟังบรรยายสรุปจากจังหวัดภูเก็ต องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต และศิลปิน เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลให้จังหวัดภูเก็ตเป็นเมืองแห่งศิลปะ จัดเบียนนาเล่
ซึ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้มีการเตรียมข้อมูล เตรียมความพร้อม และเสนอสถานที่ต่างๆ จัดงานแสดง ด้านศิลปะ ที่อำเภอถลางจะนำเสนอเกตเวย์ภูเก็ต ทุ่งถลางชนะศึก ที่กระทู้จะไปดูพิพิธภัณฑ์เหมืองแร่กะทู้ และโรงเหล้าเก่า ส่วนในตัวเมืองนั้นจะไปดูถนนถลาง บ้านชินประชา พิพิธภัณฑ์ภูเก็ตไทยหัว ครบทั้ง 3 อำเภอ สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นสิ่งดีงามสำหรับจังหวัดภูเก็ต ซึ่งเสนอตัวจัดงานเบียนนาเล่ ให้เกิดขึ้นให้ได้ภายในปี 2568
