A letter or email of complaint

When you have experienced poor service and want to talk about the problem to the person or company for the responsibility. In a letter of complaint, it's perfectly acceptable to show the reader how this is important to you and help them understand the reason for complaining by describing how the service and product made you feel. Make it polite, formal but not friendly and be truthful about what happened.
