On 1st World Elephant Songkran

This time is the 29th time. The 29th ThailandIFF (5-10 April 2024) will be held in Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Sisaket, Chanthaburi and Bangkok.
It was honored by a group of international artists from Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Cameroon, Hungary, India, Japan, Laos, Myanmar, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, the United States and Thailand, totaling 120 people.
Representatives from 28 universities around the world
....Come join the international academic seminar, showcase folk art and culture on behalf of their country, support the integration of human and elephant folklore to be universal and continue to spread the image of this wonderful land to civilized countries around the world.
On the occasion of His Excellency Dr Sandor Sipos, Hungarian Ambassador to Thailand has supported Hungarian artists including brass bands, dance, acrobatik, and many types of folk dances, etc., to join in activities to promote folklore structures in Thailand since Let's be strong together in 2019
In addition, the Foundation of Cultural Heritage Promotion of Surin province was invited to participate in the 1st Power of Leisure festival at Devecsor, Hungary last year. It brings to light the scientific, technological and administrative highlights that show the wealth of Hungary's forests and natural resources. Therefore, we expect His Excellency's kindness.
To appear as a relationship between the ecology and culture of Thai-Hungarian people and elephants. And would like to invite His Excellency to speak at the opening of the 1st World Elephant Songkran Festival. And international seminar on elephant cultural ecology.
These interesting facts are of interest to all countries around the world. We are pleased to find partner with the human and elephant communities of the Lam Chi Mun Basin. Thank you to the members of the Surin Provincial House of Representatives, Governor of Surin Province,
Heads of government agencies, barons, local scholars and the elephant herder community that pay homage to H.E.Hungarian Ambassador and give a warm welcome to him.
Now is the right time may invite His Excellency to open the 1st World Elephant Songkran Festival.
May I ask for mercy, Your Excellency, to please give awards and certificates to outstanding people both in Thailand and abroad.
