FINE OR NOT FINE
It is a question I always hear
Yet somehow it seems I have to say the opposite
While the truth left untold
I learned that it is more than fine to say what lying beneath my heart.
There is no gold medal or a perfect badge for acting as if you’re strong all the time
Dearest fellow human it is okay to not be okay.
I hope you know that there is always someone who cares for you. It’s okay to reach for help.
