ที่ฝรั่งเศสเขียนไว้เพื่อเตรียมการยึกครองสยาม แต่โดนเบรคโดยรัสเซียและมหามิตรทางยุโรปอีกหลายประเทศ ในคราวที่ ร.5เสด็จประพาสยุโรปและรัสเซีย
ทำให้ฝรั่งเศสเกรงใจไม่กล้ากระทำสิ่งนั้นมาจนบัดนี้
มีแต่เขมรที่ยังหน้าด้านหน้าทนเอาแผนที่ปลอมฉบับนี้มาเป็นหลักสูตรการสอนมาจนทุกวันนี้ ทำให้เด็กเขมรยุคนี้เคลมไทยทุกๆเรื่องแบบไม่รู้ข้อมูลความจริงที่เป็นสากล กับด้วยความหลงผิดคิดว่าเขมรเคยครองดินแดนแถบสุวรรณภูมิโดยเฉพาะดินแดนที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับยุคทวาราวดี ชาวขอมโบราณ(ที่ไม่ใช่ทาสเขมรเลยสักนิด) จนมาถึงชาวสยาม ซึ่งไม่เป็นความจริงเลย อาณาจักรเขมรโบราณไม่เคยมีอยู่จริงในโลกนี้เลย

The ancient Khoms (who were not Khmer slaves at all) until the arrival of the Siamese which was not true at all.
The ancient Khmer Empire never actually existed in this world.
