Before diving into the recovery process, it’s important to understand Gmail's email management system:
Trash Folder: When you delete an email, it is moved to the Trash folder, where it remains for 30 days before being permanently deleted. During this period, you can easily recover it.
Spam Folder: Emails that are flagged as spam might end up in the Spam folder. If you mistakenly marked an email as spam, you might find it there.
How to Recover Deleted Gmail Emails

2. Check the Spam Folder
Open Gmail: Log into your Gmail account.
Go to Spam: On the left sidebar, click on “More” to see the full list of folders, then select “Spam.”
Find the Email: Look through the Spam folder or use the search bar to locate the email.
Move the Email: Select the email, click on “Not Spam” at the top of the page. This will move the email to your Inbox and mark it as a legitimate message.
