1. Flexibility for time (no fixed in-out hour at office) , work from home or remote or work from anywhere (I think that one day or two days per week)
2. Performance indicator should be focus from productivity or result more than time in-out working.

3. No Workload, have you ever seen that some positions in an organization are really workload? such as some positions have to work more than 10-12 hours per day (6-7 days per week) long time for 2-3 months. I think that this is called workload and bad health.
4. Free time for fitness or sport or family or anything else on Saturday and Sunday.
