ประวัติ วะโฮรัมย์

The Paralympics began after World War II in 1948, started by a British doctor named Sir Ludwig Guttmann. This event was called the Stoke Mandeville Games and was held in Stoke Mandeville, England. It focused on helping people with spinal cord injuries recover through sports.
The event grew into an official international sports competition in 1960, held in Rome, Italy.
Thailand's para-athlete ประวัติ วะโฮรัมย์ (Prawat Wahoram) is a legend. He has won 7 gold medals, 6 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal in wheelchair racing across 5 Paralympic Games.
The Paralympic Games are not just about global sports competitions. They also serve as a platform to showcase the abilities, courage, and determination of athletes with disabilities. Additionally, they help raise awareness about the rights and equality of people with disabilities worldwide.
