“Pleased to Meet Me : ยินดีที่รู้จักฉัน” อีกแค่ 62 หน้าก็จะอ่านจบแล้วววว!!…สัปดาห์นี้จบแน่นอน ! ✨ ถึงจะจำอะไรไม่ค่อยได้เลย แต่อย่างน้อยก็ได้รู้จักไมโครไบโอต้าหนึ่งอย่างล่ะนะ 😅
ชอบประโยคนึงจากเล่มนี้ เขาบอกว่า
“เมื่อคุณเรียนรู้บางอย่าง คุณไม่ได้กำลังเพิ่มเซลล์สมอง แต่คุณกำลังเพิ่มการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างเซลล์เหล่านั้น”

Currently reading "Pleased to Meet Me" Only 62 pages left to go!! Can't wait to finish it this week!! ✨ while my brain is like "nope, can't remember any of this". But hey, at least I now know what a microbiota is! 😅
