No matter where you study or work, the most important thing doesn't depend on your good or bad place. It depends on whether you usefully take the resource in your place to develop yourself or not.
Your place is very good but it's the useful empty certainly if you don't know how to use it. However, if you fully take its usefulness, it will support your growth even though your place is very small.
