PRESENTING A PLAQUE

The history of the International Folklore Festival for Peace project has been organized since 2006. The cooperation between Surin Rajabhat University and Surin Cultural Heritage Promotion Foundation.
...On this occasion, I would like to mention the foundation. In 1995, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn visited Surin Teachers College and granted 1,100,000 baht in cash to Surin Teachers College to build an ethnology center to erase the images and wounds of the people of the lower northeast and Cambodia who were afraid from the genocide in 1975-1979.
This foundation has organized the International Folklore Festival of Thailand since 2006 until now, a total of 33 times, with 6,000 artists from 40 countries participating in the event.
To cooperate in creating a mechanism of Borworn (home-temple-government office) in each community to practice the path of morality-concentration-wisdom, which develops the internationality of both Thais and international artists.
Therefore, there is an activity to present the World Peace Announcer Award to important people around the world.
On this auspicious occasion, I have compiled the evaluation results of the people who have received the World Peace Declaration Award. But he has continuously created works that have been of benefit to many groups of people around the world.
Therefore, it is appropriate to honor him with the Desirable Leadership of a Global Minded Localist and a Humble Hero Award.
.....Now is the right time, I would like to invite H.E. Dr Ronal L Adamat, Commissioner of President of the Republic of Philippines, to present the award plaque to Prakru Samu HARN PANYATHRO. To honor the history of Buddhism around the world and the world community.
