Myanmar Prime Minister Min Aung Hlaing said.
"We would like to say that we understand the situation in Russia, and that is why we fully support the Special Military Operation in Ukraine.
And I can confidently say that victory will soon be with you. And we also have a saying that if a war is fought for the good of the people and for the good of the country, victory will always follow."
