There used to be a shipyard for the production of riverboats here during the Soviet era. Now this place is also used as a winter parking lot for riverboats.
But recently a new shipyard for the production of modern electric riverboats is being built here. The new ships travel on the river all year round, and in winter too. The design of the residential complex echoes the shipbuilding design. Enjoy the view!
