1. Caramel: Prepare a pot, add 70 grams of sugar, 50 milliliters of water. Use low heat. Wait for the sugar to boil and turn brown, no need to stir. Then pour into the mold while the caramel is still hot.
2. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
3. Custard: Prepare a mixing bowl. Add eggs, granulated sugar, salt and vanilla, stir together. Then add milk, stir to mixed. Filter 1 time, pour into a caramel cup
4. Put the custard in the tray. Add water to the tray to a height of 1 cm. Bake at 120 ํC for 50 minutes. Use the top and bottom heat, turn on the fan.
5. Remove the custard from the oven and set aside to cool. Refrigerate for 1 hour and put on a plate. Ready to eat.
