1. Add vegetable oil in the pan. Use medium heat. When hot, add garlic and stir until smell.
2. Add eggs and fry until 50% cooked.
3. Add the cucumber, stir well together with the eggs for about 30 seconds.
4. Season with sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir together. Then sprinkled with ground pepper, stir together again. Turn off the gas. Arrange on a plate. Ready to eat with hot steamed rice.
