Stuffed bitter gourd with seasoned minced pork soup 🇹🇭🇨🇳
This menu has been influenced by Chinese food but delicately in Thai style. I stew the soup for reducing bitterness of bitter gourds for you can taste a mellow flavor.
I bought Sirloin for making a minced pork then seasoning with pound black pepper and garlic, chicken powder seasoning and sesame oil then stuffed in bitter ground.
For the soup, I season the soup by sea salt, Chinese herbs set, dried jujube, Panda leaves, and Chicken powder seasoning. I didn’t use soy sauce or fish sauce because I want to have clear soup with close to original taste.
The soup tases: A little bit bitter taste from bitter gourds and together with the flavorful taste from soup stew with herbs, this is a very good combination mixed between Thai and Chinese soup.
