There are various types of headaches. If you have migraine, you'll be nausea, vomiting, sensitive to light, sound and smell, have brain fog and constipation.
1. Salmon Yellow Curry - Put vegetables and salmon in an oven-baked tray, pour olive oil and add some salt, mix them together and put in the 180° oven for 15 minutes.
Stir-fried Yellow Curry Paste with a bit of coconut milk until it releases the aroma. Fill the rest of the coconut milk, add grilled vegetables and salmon, season with salt, fish sauce, and palm sugar. I add Tumaric Powder to boost color and additional nutrients.
2. Banana Dark Chocolate Almond Milk Smoothie - Blend all ingredients together and topped with Pumpkin Seeds, Chia Seeds, Shaved Dark Chocolate, and Sliced Banana
This smoothie is created especially for people with migraine; however, some patients cannot tolerate chocolate. So, please be careful and take the chocolate out of this recipe if it makes your symptoms worse.
Banana, Almond, and Chia Seeds are high in Magnesium, which helps prevent migraine.
Pumpkin Seeds are full of Zinc preventing migraine triggers. Yogurt has Riboflavin, a type of Vitamin B, that helps reducing migraine. Lastly, Dark Chocolate can lower the blood pressure, which links directly to migraine.
3. Spinach Omelette - Season raw eggs with salt, black pepper, and paprika (My kids love spicy food.😋) and stir the egg mixture. Sautéed chopped spinach with chopped garlic in olive oil until wilted. Pour in the egg mixture and cook the Omelette until it is done. This is so easy, quick, and tasty!
