Brand Loyalty is the way consumers have a good attitude towards a brand, whether it is based on trust, consideration, and/or the consumer's heart. And repeat purchases continuously.
  • How difference between Brand Loyalty and Customer Loyalty?
Brand loyalty and customer loyalty may seem similar. But that's not the case. Customer loyalty focuses on customer spending. For example, brands can build customer loyalty by offering lower prices, discounts, and rewards programs. This is also known as transactional loyalty.
While brand loyalty focuses on customer perception, it can be considered as emotional loyalty. How do customers see your brand? How do customers feel about your brand? Brand loyalty can be strongly linked to the price of a product. It is also developed by the way customers see, feel and value your brand.
  • How many groups of brand loyalty are there?Brand loyalty ifthe segment can be divided into 4 groups as follows:
1.non-customer group using competitors' products and services
2.Price-dependent groups are low-loyal groups based on price. This is partly due to the lack of brand differences.
3.Groups that support both sides are those that are loyal to multiple brands. Can change at any time because because of those brands there is no clear difference.
4.Group attached to the brand which is a group that brands want their customers to be at this point because there will be repeat purchases happening all the time

1. Provide great customer service
2. Offer customers an incentive
3. Have brand ambassadors
4. Create a community
5. Use personalized marketing
