3. 1/4 cup concentrated artificial jasmine flavour syrup (60 ml) Used instead of vanilla scent.
4. 1 cup of all-purpose wheat flour (95 grams)
5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparations
1. Take the wheat flour into the sieve, add salt and baking powder, sift 1 time, then set aside.
2. Add eggs into the mixing bowl one by one. Beat the egg whites and egg yolks together. Add jasmine flavour syrup and sugar. Beat eggs with ingredients until rise, take about 7 minutes.
3. Put already sifted wheat flour into the mixing bowl. And stir well. Then beat all ingredients together for another 7 minutes.
4. Apply a little oil to the silicone cake molds. Pour the mixture into the mold about 2/3 of the mold. Warm the oven before baking for 10 minutes. Take them into the oven. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
